My wife ordered a set of goggles for me as a gift, and when it arrived it didn't have the strap included. I messaged Havoc about the strap, and within a few hours they had reached out. They apologized for the missed strap and sent a new one to me immediately. Between the great customer service, fast shipping, and overall quality of their products I highly recommend these guys!
Love these, love the anti-fog vents and I love how customizable they are. Super happy with them and we'll be back for more because now the kids and husband want some. Do y'all make OTGs?
